Extreme disappointment !!
I ordered a pair of shoes size 38. They sent me a size 36, which was way too small. They said they would replace them with my size but I would have to pay $30 for shipping to cover "their mistake". I'm a retired shoe store manager and that's not how it should be. I will never buy any of their products if that's how they treat their customers. Buyer beware !!
