I purchased Wondershare MobileTrans…
I purchased Wondershare MobileTrans specifically to transfer my WhatsApp data between devices. The software failed to complete the transfer correctly, and my WhatsApp data was lost in the process. When I contacted support, they were unable to resolve the issue. Instead of actually fixing the problem or recovering my data, they offered a refund and walked away. A refund does not replace lost conversations, media, and years of chat history that cannot be recovered. This is not an acceptable resolution when the product itself caused the data loss. If the software carries this level of risk, users should be warned clearly before purchase. The marketing promises a seamless, safe transfer. What I experienced was the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering this tool to look for alternatives, especially if your WhatsApp data has any personal or professional value. The refund offer is just a way to close the ticket. Your data will still be gone.
