Varshini I was very patient and persistent and wanted to get my roti matic working and provided lot of guidance despite knowing we only had 30min she worked with me to try many different options. She even had identified a potential cause but we couldn't try it during the call as the machine was hot. She immediately sent me the instructions to try out and after I did the roti matic is working well again.
