BEWARE - POOR INEPT SHIPPERS
My order for a dining table and four chairs from a manufacturer in Sophia, North Carolina, was place on March 13 with a delivery date to Hilton Head, South Carolina, between mid May and June 1. The order was not received by June 1. On May 1 the order was ready for pick up by Diverse Logistics. After repeated contact with Emma Mason I finally got a delivery date of June 19th to June 20th. Then the delivery date was moved to June 25th to June 26th. This delay was not only very inconvenient but cost me both time and considerable expense changing travel plans twice. I cannot believe Emma Mason deals with this shipper. To date Emma Mason has not made any effort to compensate me for this nightmare. Sorry for them as I'll take my business else where to furnish my new home.
