Spino E1 Broke after 5 uses bad warranty service
Broke after 5 uses, dead in the water, very bad slow exchange warranty process. The fact that no replacement is sent, you need to return with the same box, I wasted 2 weeks demonstrating the issues, uploading photos, data, etc, still no shipping label received, plus shipping time, them checking it, then waiting for them to ship it, wasting at least month of a very short time summer window. I understand things break, but the hassle to get the warranty applied made me cancel my downpayment for the new spinio with the robotic arm, and I was considering a lawn mower, no more after this experience. I don't expect them allowing this review in their site, I'll make sure to leave it in other sites, upset and frustrated.
