I called for support with help with my account as per my service and the lady that helped me fully was able to do everything I felt right. Life's been difficult lately and at least something turned out properly. Okay relatively easily. Thank you so much for the refund and the cancellation as I wasn't able to receive any kind of information on this service. Means a lot
