Good pre-sales attention, but disappointing after-sales support
My experience with PVY has been mixed. Before purchasing, the customer service was responsive and helpful, which gave me confidence to proceed with the order. However, the situation changed completely after the purchase. I received a product with an incorrect component and immediately contacted support to arrange a return. It has now been two weeks, and despite sending several emails, I still have not received a single email, return label or a clear resolution. This has been frustrating, especially given the urgency of resolving the issue. I am still confident that this situation can be resolved properly and that PVY will honor its responsibility, as initially stated. I would greatly appreciate a clear and definitive response so we can close this matter without the need for further escalation. I remain available and willing to resolve this directly with your team.
