Started subscription without notification; login site URL not found. Automated help email without any follow up. Update 06/24/26 - despite reply, subscription was not visible. Also, as of day of response, there has been no response from the company’s help desk. Unabke to log in as site in link is “URL not found.” I blocked the credit card charge as fraudulent.
