Quality issues + a fight for my refund
The ring looks nothing like the photos on the site. In person the gold is this flat, fake yellow, not the warm tone shown online. Less than a month in and it's already wearing off, just from normal everyday wear. Also want to mention the sustainability angle, since that's a big part of why I bought from PASCAL in the first place. The site talks a lot about "no land sacrificed, no communities uprooted," but my ring shipped straight from China. Hard to square that with the eco-conscious story being told here. Customer service has been a whole thing too. After a bunch of back and forth over email, they admitted it was a quality issue and said they'd give me a full refund. Then the return portal tried to take out restocking fees, return shipping, and my original express shipping cost — none of which should've applied to a defective product based on their own policy. Had to email them again just to get the number fixed. If you're thinking about buying based on the website photos or the sustainability messaging, just know what actually shows up might not match either one. Buyer beware.
