1. Excellent customer service - Winnie, the customer service rep, is EXTREMELY prompt, communicative, and organised. Pleasure to work with. 2. Quality of print - I had a complicated box set of books, with complicated design details, but BPC printed it perfectly. It looks as high-quality (even more) than big publishing houses. 3. Shipping - very neat and clean shipping to India, no product damage.
