Generated wrong date of ticket !!!!!!!!!!
what service is that? I purchased a theme park ticket for 20 July , but they deliver the 21 June ticket to me????? then i straight call their customer service to help but they say cant return cant reschedule due to their policy, they tell me will check with vendor but no promising??? High chances is their app problem but blame vendor. Who ever experience worst thing from them may complain to TTPM to get your right back.
