Extremely disappointing experience. The products advertised on this website look like high-quality knitted garments made from premium fabrics. However, what I received was completely different. The material felt cheap, thin, and synthetic, more like low-grade polyester than the quality shown in their photos and videos. The biggest issue is their customer service. I requested a return and refund immediately after receiving the item because it did not match the advertised quality. It has now been over eight months, and I still have not received a proper response or my refund. I feel completely ignored as a customer. Advertising products that appear to be one thing and delivering something of significantly lower quality is unacceptable. Keeping a customer waiting for more than eight months without resolving a refund request is even worse. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
