Signed up couldn't cancel & not refunded
Signed up.. Service wasn't helpful.. Tried to cancel on the website and kept getting an error. Was ultimately still billed by them.. Same story as many others.. They wouldn't confirm my cancellation and then continued to bill. Finally got someone on the phone a day after a new billing cycle (ironically) and they of course wouldn't work with me, despite it being obvious on their end that I hadn't used the tool.. Unprofessional and rude
