Excellent Customer Service & Must-Have Pieces
Very pleased with my experience with Olive Basics team! From booking an appointment to their cosy studio to trying out their well thought-out and well made pieces, you can really tell they are intentional with every step of their customer’s journey, makes me want to root and cheer for them more! Gillian was very kind and accommodating. Angeline who was with me was patient and gave great recommendations to what I prefer/need. I did not feel rushed and really enjoyed trying out their clothes. Initially wanted to get bottoms and ended up getting two tank tops as well so I now own 4 pieces that I’m sure would be a staple in my everyday mom life :)) can’t wait to get their linen pieces next time and I’ll definitely be back!
