0/5 — DON’T BUY! USA and CANADA Buyer Waste of Money and Terrible Customer Service My experience with Rotimatic has been extremely frustrating. The machine is only eight months old, but I have faced constant problems: It repeatedly loses its internet connection. Changing one setting often causes other issues. One or two dough portions are wasted almost every time. Toasting is inconsistent and unreliable. Replacement parts have still not been received. Customer support has been even worse. Every time I contact them, a different representative responds and has no knowledge of the previous conversation. I have to explain the same problem repeatedly, and this has continued for months. No one properly escalates the case or takes responsibility. Even though the machine is under warranty, Rotimatic has not provided a proper repair, replacement parts, or a machine replacement. It has been a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rotimatic. Think carefully before buying!
