Never order from this store, especially if it’s for a special occasion. I have ordered twice and both times the order was delayed. I requested delivery between 6 am to 2 pm and the order was either never delivered or delivered at 10 pm at night Both occasions were ruined because of them On top of that, they refuse to take accountability They will not answer your calls and only talk on chat and even on chat there’s an AI bot that keeps repeating the same thing They refuse to give refunds or any future discounts. Absolutely horrible service. Please avoid ordered from them. FnP and other gifting sites are far better Even the quality of their flowers and gifts is bad
