Straightforward and Excellent!
The information was straight forward and plain. Excellent visuals accompanied the audio! Excellent course overall. I have two suggestions: I have done other types of online courses and I had to do a test after each major module. That's my first suggestion. Then my second is, award the certificate if the trainee receives a score of 90% or above. I think food safety is so important that the trainee's certification should be dependent on passing.
