Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Returns are not as easy as they say. I can't comment on his well the product works because mine never worked, AND I still had to pay them more than$200 to return their defective product! My Theradome helmet worked only once and then would not turn on again. I fully cooperated with customer service, completing all troubleshooting steps and replacing the battery, charging box, and cord they sent. The helmet still never worked. When I requested a return, I was told I would be charged a $225 (25%) restocking fee. By then, my dermatologist had diagnosed me with a form of scarring alopecia that Theradome does not claim to treat. Despite the defective device and my diagnosis, the fee was not waived. Read the return policy carefully before purchasing.
