⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I purchased a Genshin Impact account from this website. The delivery was fast, and the account worked fine at first. I was able to play on it for a while without any issues. However, after about 20 days, I lost access to the email account linked to the game account. As a result, I could no longer receive the verification codes required to log in. This left me completely unable to access the account. I contacted customer support, and to be fair, they were polite and responded to my messages. They reviewed my case and confirmed that the email password had been changed after delivery. Unfortunately, because the issue happened outside their 5-day warranty period, they refused to provide a replacement account or compensation. While I appreciate that the support team took the time to respond, my experience ultimately ended with losing access to the account I purchased, which was very disappointing.
