I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The hair I received was not true virgin hair as advertised, nor was it the French curl texture shown on the website. After wetting the hair, the curls quickly fell and lost their pattern. When we attempted to color the hair, it became clear that the quality was not what was promised. The product did not perform like genuine virgin hair. In addition, the website’s advertising was misleading, as the hair received did not match the description or photos. Shipping also took over three weeks, which was much longer than expected. Overall, this was a poor-quality product and did not meet the standards advertised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
