If I could give a “0” I would. I purchased a ring on 5/21/26 and was told I would receive it by June 3rd but then another email said June 8th. By June 4th I received no updates or tracking info for the ring so I reached out. June 5th I got a response stating the ring didn’t pass quality check and it would take another 5 days or I could get a refund. I responded to just refund it because at this point I was seriously questioning this business. I was told I would receive the refund in 2-5 days. I then got an email stating they sent the ring out by mistake and that when I received it then I could return it to get my refund. I was provided a tracking number. Once I checked the tracking it said it would be delivered by 6/19/26. 6/19/26 came and went with no ring delivered. When I checked the tracking the carrier said it was being returned. I never initiated a return as it never got delivered to my house. I reach back out and they question if I returned the item as if they have no idea what THEY did. Now I am out of a ring and money for a month now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
