fantastic customer service before Purchase and after
I recieved my printer in perfect condition and on time. I had another brand DTF printer and had to call china for support which wasn't a lot of help but I called htvront three times before purchasing this printer and got great service in fact they even called me when I got no answer once. The machine was so easy to set up but I had a couple concerns about making sure certain settings were right and once again the customer service was fantastic.
