Top software and top support
The software is very intuitive and the graphics are very pleasing. The support team was very attentive and quick to respond to my questions (mine was a complicated and unusual situation). Taking into account the time zone, I'd say the replies always arrived within a few hours. I managed to restore years of WhatsApp chats from the broken device by merging them with the messages from the last few days that meanwhile I had received on the new device. For me, it was the BEST!
