“I am dissatisfied with the poor handling of my product return. I feel they are not managing things well. It doesn’t feel worth buying from Best Buy because, when it comes to refunds, they take too long or simply don’t return the money. I have personally been waiting over a month for a gift card refund, and it has not arrived. The customer service between Best Buy Marketplace and Best Buy itself is poor. They don’t align, and I am told to contact the seller even though I made the purchase through Best Buy.”
