A&E has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was a defect on the clasp on one of my earrings (it was a little wiggly). I emailed them and within 5 minutes they had responded to my email, looked over the video I sent, and sent a replacement pair of earrings. I couldn’t believe how awesome the customer service was. I love this brand. Every piece of jewelry I’ve purchased has been high quality and the 1 year return policy is awesome! :)
