I tried canceling before the free trial…
I tried canceling before the free trial was up and apparently it did not go through. When I saw my account was charged I immediately went to a live chat with Aaron. He was able to refund my account and cancel my subscription. I am glad I was connected to him. He was very helpful with this mix up.
