Order never arrived
Mary from the Customer Care Department team assisted me with my missing order that appeared to be delivered but never got to me and the Ask And Embla team couldn’t be more helpful! Even though it wasn’t in their control they still found a way to find a solution. I understood that it wasn’t up to them but it’s very refreshing when the team from a brand show that they value the customer experience.
