It took 7 weeks for my personalized 3-D mug to arrive. It was nothing like the advertized photograph. It cost $35 but is worth less than $10. It was a present for my grandson, but I won't be giving it to him. It was supposed to be in the shape of an excavation digger, but arrived as a standard clay mug with a sticker picture of a digger on. It was my mistake not to look at reviews before buying.
