I ordered a Plissè blind
I ordered a Plissè blind, but it wasn't suitable for my windows. I contacted customer support, and they admitted it was their mistake: the blinds simply aren't compatible with my windows. However, they refused to accept the return, so I didn't get my money back (150 euros). Customer support has stopped responding to me. The website states that they are compatible with wooden windows. However, support admitted to me that they are not compatible. What is stated on the site is not 100% reliable.
