Ordering my replacement lenses online…
Ordering my replacement lenses online was incredibly easy and I was happy with the choices available. When I got a text a hour later saying my PD was needed to complete the order I didn’t know how to resolve that as there wasn’t a link in the message, so I texted the number and informed. Almost immediately Jaron answered me via text, apologizing for the missing link and sending me the necessary link to complete the measurement, as well as offering to complete the order information if I wanted to provide him with the measurement. I downloaded the app from the link and was able to give to Jaron who managed the whole issue in less than 5 minutes! This is incredible customer service for an online lense company and it was greatly appreciated! I’m looking forward to getting my glasses if this is how they handle customer needs!
