Quick diagnosis for faulty part
Prompt service to schedule a quick troubleshooting video call . Asrar and Tanuja did a great job understanding the issue and identifying the faulty part. Issue was with the transfer arm which had broken due to dough build up at the back of the machine. Also received tips on cleaning and watching out for leaks . The part is scheduled to arrive in 4 weeks , just wish it would have been sooner. Overall I am very satisfied with the quick turnaround time as this was resolved within a day.
