UPDATE as of Aug: I had received the refund and they are seem very responsive when I followed up. Too bad that they had system down during the time that I booked so I got very disappointed and had to book on another site but they are seem legit, I might book again on them next time I need it and I hope I will have a smooth transaction by then. I have booked onward ticket for my husband and I've been waiting for almost 2hours now! Sent few emails already but nobody is responding! I want a refund! UPDATE: They have finally responded after more than 2hours telling me they have system down. However its too late because I ordered already from different provider (instantly got our ticket) because the flight is coming very soon and we couldn't wait anymore. It really caused us panic and anxiety for waiting more than what was indicated in their timeline. They had promise a refund but will take at least 2weeks because they said their accountant is on vacation. I will update again if they had really refunded my payment.
