Im making an edit in regards to tire agents reply to my review. They gave me 10% off THE WRONG TIRES. I am still stuck with a product I DID NOT ORDER! Learn from my experience and take your hard earned money to a company that appreciates it. This is a follow up review that im making. I spent almost 3 weeks calling and calling trying to get a resolution on me receiving the wrong load range tires. After almost 3 weeks I finally got a call back and the resolution they come up with was a i keep the tires and they send me a 25$ gift card. So I did the only thing in my power and left a review about my experience. Within 2 hours I received a phone call apologizing for the first offer and they gave me a second offer of i keep the tires and they give me $100 gift card and a 5% discount code off my next purchase under the stipulations that I leave a better review. So im still stuck with a set of tires that didnt meet expectations and I have a gift card that I can only spend where they accept google/apple pay. In this updated review im giving a 2 star instead of 1 star only because the customer service lady seemed like she wanted to help but she didnt have the authority. I still highly recomend that you take your money else where.
