I am extremely impressed with the customer support provided by HTVRONT. I purchased a auto-press a little over 3 months ago from Walmart. Went to use it, and would not power on. Contacted customer support and they were able to replace the machine with no cost to myself. BEST customer support I have had by a company EVER.. I will ONLY buy all of my craft products from HTVRONT in the future. Also reminded me that there are still companies willing to stand behind their products, and to me that says alot!
