I have used Jetpac previously with no problems. That changed for our recent Alaska vacation. I purchased a 5Gb North America Esim which checked out fine in Canada before I left for Alaska. I could not get it working when I got to Alaska, even though AT&T networks were available, and the Esim offered the option of manually connecting to the AT&T network. It turns out that Jetpac's supplier did not include Alaska in in the NorthAmerica/USA package! Jetpac simply told me that Alaska "was not specifically included"! They did refund my money, for which I am grateful, but they should fix this ridiculous product deficiency!!!
