Shipping company damaged light, customer service made it right
I ordered 2 17r 350 and one of the packages had a giant gash in the box. Sure enough, the LCD screen and base was damaged. I took pictures before I opened the package and emailed their customer service. After some conversations they sent me a replacement. Upset at first, but they made things right, even though the shipping company was probably at fault, not them.
