Dubious supplier Treadmill never arrived
Purchased online from the UK on the 7th of August . Received information on the 10th of August suggesting delivery . Courier used is not locally recognisable “ XDP/Yun express”. Item never arrived even though I was given 2 different delivery dates . I contacted the courier who said the item was damaged in transit and returned, courier advised contacting wellfit. I then contacted wellfit who said there was a problem with my address and advised contacting the courier. Today is the 20th of August and I am down £300 with no treadmill, and I fear this is a scam . I’m in the process of requesting a charge back from my bank.
