Disappointing Quality and Fake Warranty Policy
I purchased an ATK X1 Ultimate mouse directly from their official store. Within 8 months, the right click micro-switch mechanically failed and broke. According to ATK's official website policy, this manufacturing hardware defect is fully covered under their 1-year warranty. When I reached out to them i got ignored for a whole month with full proof and video evidence. They only responded to me on their official site customer service but they still refused to send a free replacement. Instead, they tried to convince me to spend more money to buy a new mouse at a "factory discount." When I pushed back and quoted their own written policy, they started sending botted responses saying „We appreciate your patience”. The hardware failure rate is disappointing, but the customer service and fake warranty guarantees are unacceptable. I am forced to file a chargeback dispute through my bank to get my money back. Avoid buying from their site. You will get ignored. I payed $82.50 for this mouse and I’m not willing to spend more money on a product that will fail later.
