Withhold my fund although I already make the payment
They customer service was not helpful. I have already paid my payment via bank recall fund. They unable the trace the record although I have given them the bank debit advice. They still claimed that I have not paid for the transfer and now they are withholding my fund for my subsequent transfer. The customer service agent was very irresponsible. Now they just ignore my WhatsApp. Without replying to my message when I asking for the status.
