Scammy Emails
Traveloka sent me the flight info of someone with my name, despite never using their company. I contacted their customer service only for them to insist on me making an account and giving them personal info to resolve the problem. When I declined they began referring to me using my brothers name (info I had not given them). I triple checked that I was in contact with the actually company as all the behavior seemed like a scammer. I honestly believe this company is just phishing for info from potential customers. I reccomend using any other airline as I can only imagine how awful of an experience you would have if you actually purchased tickets from them.
