I never received my package
I never received my package. When I followed up, I was told the status showed it had been delivered. However, when I checked the tracking information, it showed the parcel was still somewhere in China. They gave me a phone number to contact, but it was invalid. I also paid extra for parcel protection, which turned out to be useless. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using 17TRACK. The tracking information and customer support were very disappointing, and I feel misled.
