Carousel's pathetic AI moderation
Carousell is getting lousier and lousier in terms of moderation and account suspensions. I've heard of many incidents of false account bans without full proof and evidence, just based on a biased judgement or mistakes. However these issues never get fixed. Fortunately and touch wood those never happened to me. What did was the disgusting ai system flagging two of my listings as duplicates and taking one down MULTIPLE TIMES. I had to copy and paste the same reviews times and times again. Not only is it frustrating but it is making my life harder trying to sell stuff. With all of these disruptions how is it going to reach a target audience? Listing things up is already time consuming. I'm studying and therefore don't have much time to spare and carousell is making it even harder for me. I have also noticed that the frequency of my chats being falsely flagged as "violated chat rules" and therefore deleted is rising like an exponential graph. Almost everytime I speak with a buyer/seller/trader it have to have one instance of my chat being flagged. All of these leads to a higher risk of account suspension or ban right? So is everyone going to eventually get banned because of the flaws and gaps in the carousell system? This site is simply incompetent and flawed in its AI moderation and I highly discourage using it.
