I never received an e-ticket
I never received an e-ticket. After booking, I was told I had to pay an additional fee and accept a completely different itinerary. When I declined and requested a refund, I was told there would be no refund. I also confirmed with the airline that there was no booking or ticket in my name. This was my experience, and I would advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company.
