My lawnmower isn’t working and they are sending me replacement parts that have nothing to do with its malfunction. My lawnmower is completely lost; it goes around obstacles that don’t exist, which leaves huge patches of uncut grass. Customer service keeps telling me that someone will contact me, but no one ever contacts me to resolve the problem. This lawnmower is a nightmare
