Fix My Lawnmower
All I want is to have someone from Ryobi to come to my home to fix my 40V 20 inch self-propelled lawn mower! I've been in contact with them and all I get back is to take it to some shop in Toronto (I live in Whitby) I'm 78 years old with a physical disability and certainly not capable of carting this thing back and forth, you would think that Ryobi would have a person who could come and check it out! Maybe BBB might be a avenue to explain to them about my problem. Hopefully someone with some experience in customer relations will read this and remedy my problem! Glenn Hackbush
