The after-sales customer service is top notch, they replied with in the hour with any questions and concerns, initially I had questions over the website and more specific questions regarding stuff that was not standard/found on the product descriptions like future replacement parts when out of the warranty period and they got the answers back to me in no time hence why I made the purchase with Monport at the end of the day. I now have confidence knowing in the future if I need to perform any maintenance, I will be able to source parts.
