Horrible customer service reps…still in the process of trying to…
I’m still in the process of trying to work thru options but the customer service from evolve is horrific. The attitude, the rudeness, the lack of help, etc is astonishing. I hope I can update this to a better review but I truly do not think that’s going to happen. Read the reply below and it’s simply untrue. AirBnB said they can move the money in whatever way evolve will agree to. I also a 2 Evolve representatives say this can be done and offered to send me possible properties. When I chose a property, I had to speak to a new person who gave me a different story. Again, it’s bad customer service all around. I’d recommend booking somewhere else.
