Absolute worst online order experience
This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience! • I no sooner clicked to place the order and my credit card was charged. I have never experienced being charged prior to the item being shipped. • It took at least four business days for the order to be processed….. why? • I had to wait over two weeks to receive the order. • I had to send and receive several emails over several days to determine process for returning the order. • They want me to pay shipping back to Hong Kong! • They didn’t waste any time charging my credit card before the order was even processed yet they want me to wait for a refund to be issued until item is received back in Hong Kong…… I don’t think so!
