Dear MORRIS PRESS,
Dear MORRIS PRESS, I am totally impressed with my new cookbook and how you handled every detail of my order! From the complete typing of my recipes, fillers, etc., to designing the cover with my picture on it, your work was excellent!! I also very much appreciated talking directly to a customer service representative every time I called in, giving me that personal touch, with special kudos to Tammy and Kelly, who were very helpful❣️ ... When I published my first cookbook with you in 2003, I was not totally aware of pricing on the extra features I wanted. Therefore, I ended up paying more for each book than I started with. This time, Tammy went over the additional item pricing with me, which I approved as we went through the order form. Great!! 🤗 All-in-all, it has been a wonderful experience for me to work with you again, and I will highly recommend your services to others! May you keep publishing cookbooks always as other companies simply fade into the sunset!! Cheers -- and Best Wishes for your continued success at a reasonable price, Jean Frances David
