Excellent customer service and highly recommend
I have used Chewy for my dog for years. The service is always top notch. The deliveries were always fast. Customer services were always personal and satisfactory. Recently my pet passed away, I requested to return bags of dog treats I just purchased. Chewy never asked twice and refunded and asked me to donate the treats. To my surprise, they even sent a flower arrangement to me to express their condolences. This customer service is very rare these days. Thank you, Chewy!
